Small Business Workshops
Gloucester Township recently introduced its Small Business Education Workshop Series to connect local business owners and entrepreneurs with valuable information, professional guidance, and resources to help their businesses grow and succeed.
The first workshop brought together members of the local business community for an informative program featuring local leaders and Donald Newman of the New Jersey Business Action Center. Topics included free technical assistance, professional mentorship opportunities, and guidance on becoming certified to do business with government agencies throughout New Jersey.
The series will continue with additional workshops featuring experienced professionals and timely topics designed to support Gloucester Township’s business community. Upcoming programs will provide opportunities for business owners to learn new strategies, ask questions, collaborate with others, and connect with helpful resources.
5- Year Abatement Program
Gloucester Township’s Five-Year Tax Exemption and Abatement Program may provide property tax benefits for qualifying construction, improvements, renovations, or conversions within designated areas in need of rehabilitation. Eligible projects may include improvements to commercial or industrial properties, as authorized by municipal ordinance.

Business Analytics Tool
Gloucester Township’s Business Analytics Tool provides access to real-time data on local business trends, investment activity, and economic growth opportunities.
